It's SAFE to come to your dental appointment(s) without a mask

Come 10 minutes earlier than appointment time due to high traffic and to update paperwork.

If your or family member have been on a cruise or airplane, Must Wait 3 Days without symptoms before coming in for dental appointment.

Premed if needed (call us if need us to phone in a refill).

Call to cancel if you have any COVID symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, trouble breathing, flu-like symptoms like GI upset, headache or fatigue, pain or pressure in chest, new confusion, chills, loss of smell or taste, bluish lips or face).

Cancel your appointment if you are in contact with someone who has COVID or is quarantine (wait for dental treatment about 1-2 week if no symptoms).

Bring your jacket or blanket (72 degrees in the office).

Write down family member cell or your transporter cell if being dropped off or being picked up.

Bring updated insurance info or card. We are Out of Network on all PPO insurances--Payment in full on day of services. We are happy to print your claim so you can mail it to your insurance. Recommend to make a copy or scan it for your records if don't receive payment in a month.

Bring your calendar or phone.

Bring a book (no magazines at the office).

Bring Check or Cash and save. Patients are responsible for 3.5% convenience fee for credit card or HSA cards transactions.

Please remember to bring your nightguards or retainers at every dental appointment.

Frances Tran, D.M.D.
Dr. Frances Tran is a cosmetic dentist for over 27 years since graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1995. Love practicing dentistry and positively enhancing patients' smiles, health, and confidence in Sarasota, Florida since 1997.
She specializes in preventing, diagnosing, and conservatively treating diseases and conditions associated with the mouth and overall dental health. Dr. Tran and her staff are committed to providing excellent dental services and offering great patient experiences for kids and adults.
Besides dentistry, Dr. Frances enjoys cooking, yoga, growing her vitamins & supplement businesses, time with her son Anthony, movies, fine art & theater, Christian music and most of all traveling.

Tammy has been a dental assistant for over 18 years with general dentists, periodontists, and orthodontist. She got her certification in Illinois in 1996. She enjoyed living in multiple states--Illinois, Mississippi, Louisiana, Nevada, Arizona, and now beautiful Florida.

She loves her husband, daughter, and her cat, Ivy. She also enjoys pet sitting, the outdoors, yin yoga, and family time.

Sara is an accomplished office administrator with more than 7 years of experience. She also worked as a dental assistant for more than 16 years. She was born and raised in Texas and first discovered her interest in the dental field there. However, she has been living in Florida ever since 2001.
Sara enjoys supporting others to achieve their goals and helping them out in their time of need. She enjoys outdoor activities and likes to spend time with her loved ones.
